Below is a message I sent on the San Carlos forum about weather. It also applies to RP and I ask the same question here. No one on SC forum has answered.

Steve or anyone down there my question is about Bouyweather as compared to Weather Underground. Are either one of them more correct than the other.
One will say winds calm and the other says 10 knots ???
Also how about their predictided weather ?
