Virgin beaches and sand dollars

I could hear the stars in the eyes of the visiting Realtor sent to inspect the properties at RP. She had never visited "Virgin" beaches and actually found sand dollars on the beach. She was ... well speechless with praise. The "promoters" will be giving seminars how to invest in these beaches, using (limited) partnerships I think. Webinars all over the country especially for foreign investors. Stock market? are you crazy, Interest bearing instruments, sheesh. It is ROCKY POINT!!! An alternative investment for everyone, 10,000 to 500,000 they have a package for everyone.

These two where true to the game, "no drilling here" no tar balls and that they would go to Nawhorlins to promote these no drill beaches. tsk tsk. repeat, no Crude here my friends.

They mentioned the New coastal highway opening and the opportunity to investors, they plugged the Marina "home port" to open in 2012. Specifically naming Holland America...The new airport that will have a "US Airways" Las Vegas to Rocky Point schedule in three weeks. Starting in August!!! 2010 !!

no just reporting what is on the radio waves pertaining to our RP. I think was an hour show, KFNN 1510. Not sure what parcel they had purchased and now where marketing. Sounded like land. They (promoters) just purchase a distressed parcel and are offering it to investors. But, man they made RP sound progressive, cruise ships, international flights, but the best are the "virgin beaches and sand dollars." Where else can you find that?
