I have a small one bedroom 1 bath house just north of Samuel Ocana (the newer road to Cholla Bay) In good times I rented it for $350 with no problem. Now I will rent it for $200 a month with a minimum 6 month commitment. It has a fenced yard and is partially furnished (just needs a bed and dresser).

Thanks, I need all the help I can get. It really is a nice modern little house. I have had to cut all my rents almost in half to try and keep them occupied. Something is better than nothing. My wife is meeting someone at 6:00 who wants to see it. I will cross my fingers. When it rents, I will post it here right away.

We live in New Mexico and plan to come down that way and live at least half time.

Right now all I have available is a 5th wheel trailer on a private fenced lot for $120/mo and a 2200 sq ft office/retail building for $500/mo. (and maybe a bakery pretty soon) Check www.point2agent.com (http://www.point2agent.com) and look at puerto penasco rentals. There are quite a few available. Or just drive around. You can't go 1/2 block without seeing a for rent sign. I am now working exclusively for Sonoran Resorts so I no longer represent other property sales or rentals.
