Use "@" and "." symbols as usual, this format just cuts down on spammers finding your email address online.

How have you been? I have never messed with myspace. My daughter uses it religiously. I ended up on facebook via a request from a family member but I am sure that I don't use it to it's capacity as well. When ya comin down?
