Your logic is laughable.......Cozumel decided to increase its tourism by adding golf courses , resorts, cruise ship ports, etc just like Rocky Point is doing.....Hmmmmmm........I'd say its working out pretty well for Cozumel to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars a year in tourism...
