I've been in Colonia Oriente for a while now in a very nice established pocket mostly fishermen families living there for the past 15 to 17 years, very quiet no loud noises and the best no firecrackers and the kids play soccer right in the street, like the good old days!!! I pay mexican rent as well as utilities, nice, cheap and very comfortable home, much better than any ant colony or minor government (HOA's)!!!

Russ, do you know if Plinio Rivero is still in town? We went by where his office is shown (Plaza Pelicanos off Fremont) on Rocky Point 360 but could not find it.
