We left Encanto at 1:30pm yesterday. At border before 3pm and they had 4 lanes open and was about 5 minute wait for us.

Yes, we have a BIC and use it quite a bit. Takes a little more practice standing up but you can also sit and paddle. Good work out and pretty easy to use.
