Does anyone know if you need a fishing permit when fishing from a kayak? I know fishing from shore = no permit but you need one if fishing from boat.

I have been fishing in Estro De Marua and swimming on Las Chonchas all weekend and I have not seen one jellyfish ... but PERFECT water ... darn it I am back to work today...

do not mean to hijack the thread but could you please give some tips for the shore fishing please. especially a good location and bait. Thank you
