I agree...I was shocked when we came back across with how few cars there were.

We made a round trip up to Phx and back this past Sunday. Very few cars on the way out. We came back across the border about 4 and I'd guess about 30-40 cars in line coming back into the US.

In Jan it is 25% in Feb 20% and I think March is 10%. You can pay your property taxes on line. If you directly live on the beach you have to pay your Federal Zone fees in person.
