For what it's worth, the level of treatment in Mexico is far better than any urgent care experience you'll have in the US. Heart attacks and other major medical aside.

I know I’ve always been nervous about travelling to Penasco over the last 20 years – on that north-of-the-border segment of the trip, that is, which is always dicey.

A man I know had a heart attack here. went to the Santa Fe clinic where they treated him. He went home to AZ and his Dr. there who told him the Santa fe had done everything he would have done. So all was good.

Name calling ???? It's a fact according to it's designer , Facebook was first designed and established for college students (mostly adolescents ) to communicate and have fun. I did not refer to the users as being adolescent in their behavior. He has expressed his amazement how popular among adults Facebook has become many times in the media. I have no objections to adolescent fun. I have some myself occasionally just not on Facebook !! And BTW I think you mean "You are", you're, not your. Otherwise your sentence make no sense or is it cents or scents ??? ?? (How adolescent of me to make such a comment)
