I just saw Chino the taco guy today......he is down on the Malecon again with his seventh wife and all. For a dead guy he looked really good. He was in a good mood and selling a lot of tacos. I think we must be talking about 2 different Chino tacos guys that live in Peñasco.

I think if you had 400 people in there a night - charged 8.00 for a beer and 12.50 for a mixed drink it might be a deal otherwise no. It is like said above a land bank. It will be worth that some day way in the future but probably not as a bar. imho

Check into the Medical treatment in Hermosillo and you will never use the USA system again. Pay at the pump is always better than prepay anything.

I was just there today on a tour with a family and friends from S Cali. It is always cool to see the reaction young people have when you tell them that the whale was only a teenager and she would have been much longer if she had gotten older.

I think they told me 36 from Hermosillo to Penasco and I talked to a couple that were flying to Vegas from Penasco so in short, yes and yes. It was cool to be there today! Lots of energy!
