Bad news.......KFYI and DB have apparently parted ways. He no longer has a microphone in the Phoenix area. He had said he was going to go to California. If anyone has friends or family in the LA or San Diego area, have them keep their ears open for the ”Song of the Siren”.

With all the excitement occurring up here in Phoenix, it would be good for all of you (friends in RP ) to keeep your eyes and ears open for us. We are not able to keep up with how fast someone is able to “ shimmy and snake” deals when in RP.

LuvSam, For “curiosity sake”........was his companion Mexican or Anglo? He supposedly had his son accompanying him. You did not observe a yong male child accompanying him?

LuvSam, Was the abusive language , “ unprovoked”? You were dining and he started in? Did he recognize you (possibly) and thus began the tirade? Was he by himself ? Or This his normal evening entertainment, to get drunk and spew epithets at strangers?

Because inquiring minds , “want to know”........can we find out the actual outcome of the HOA lien and what is the deal with utilities? It doesn’t (really) matter anymore, I suppose, the whole Esmeralda experiment is imploding before our eyes. Just would be good to know the truth.

Well JJ, you do not know Mr. Brylcream very well. The only shirt I have ever seen him wearing is a solid color, long sleeved shirt. I do not see the “ Hawaiian shirt” kind of of person lurking under all the Brylcream.

Well ......in light of the recent “exciting” developments (and it is the middle of the week), are there signs of life at Esmeralda? People working? Has anyone sighted Daniel scurrying from spot to spot or hanging out at “Wrecked at the Reef” getting drunk?

Sad day for those who who fell for the “sales pitch” from a seasoned scam artist . Makes you wonder what the”locals” think or what he has told them. He was busy spending money all over town and making a name for himself. He was busy becoming “the mayor”. PP will miss his generosity.

FYI ......the IPX advertising has disappeared from KFYI. Shows the Sunday show is still on the schedule , for now. What do you think is up? Moving on to a “fresh market” to bilk?

I looked for the info on the HOA too and could not find anything. Someone told me that Daniel Butterfield is the Chairman of the HOA. Is that true?
