Looking for an small owner-carry home or raw land in the playa dorada / playa encanto area. I know it is a long shot but you never know.

We are stayng in a place with no AC on September 13th and 14th and was wondering if it is tolerable or just nasty with fans only...Playa Dorada area. Forecast is High 90s in the day and low 80s at night with humidity about 50%. Sea temps about 88 degrees. Are we crazy? Please Advise.

You guys have a great forum for information and I am glad I found this site. I just got back from Puerto Penasco last weekend and had a blast fishing from shore with my 14 and 10-year-old sons. We fished from shore when the tide came in and landed some fish that I have never even seen before...
