1-2 bed, long term rental wanted

I'm looking to rent for 3+ months in Penasco. It doesn't really matter where so long as it's a nicely furnished unit. I need either a 1br/1 bath or a 2br/2bath. might consider more rooms or even a house for the right deal. I'm from the valley and work outside of the US a few weeks per month; I'm very quiet and clean, and because this will be for work you don't have to worry about parties, etc.

I've stayed at Bella Sirena with friends, and if I could find a place similarly furnished/situated that'd be great.

I'm looking to rent ASAP, no later than April.

I have rented 604A at Bella Sirena. It's a great unit. Don't know what the deal would be for a long term rental but you can call Lorenzo at 917-288-1180 to discuss.
