Living Will and Advanced Directives

Hello,

Was hoping someone could provide insight here. Does Mexico have the equivalent of a living will and advanced directives documents. I've been scouring the internet and all I've found are horror stories of expats families who have not been able to recover the remains of their loved ones. It seems that a cremated body is much easier to transport across the border, but I'd like to get a handle on the topic.

Any insight is much appreciated!

Probably the best person to talk to about this would be Rosie at Pro Alliance Insurance. If nothing else she could get you pointed in the right direction.

Thanks Bob. Good idea. I'll touch base with Rosie.

if you have a notario in town you use, he/she will be the best person to talk about these matters
