Wtf mexican, spanish spoken would be a better term.
That is AOK Dawg just remember that "Mexican" is the second largest spoken language in the world by true native, english is in second due to all the other countries that teach english as a second language and well, chinese is in first because we all know why!!! like a true redneck will say "y'all spoken texan here, now!!! you hear!!!!"

No it's not ok with this guey, don't encourage him, Mexican is a person not a language, You know why this cat had a beef with happy and it was not over a silly name...agarra la onda....
OK I stand corrected fore my minor infraction of the laws of language and nations or anything else.
But I will say that many of the folks that I know have said they speak Mexican or Spanglish.
PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BE OFFENDED BY MY LACK OF SATISFACTORY LANGUAGE. ALSO DO NOT EVEN PUT ME IN THE SAME BOX AS HAPPY.
No problem with a guy making the occasional incorrect cultural reference but when they cut in line on the roads or at the hardware store I get irritated.

You really think I care what irritates you, just the mention of the cruise line makes you wacky, you know i'm just giving him a hard time, maybe he might learn some Spanish....
About a month ago I met up with Bill (Woodspinner) and we went out fishing on my boat for a couple days. He's 75 years old, my buddy and I went out with him and we're 25 years younger than Bill. He spent the night out on the boat with us, kicked our butts, I truly have a lot of respect for him. I admired his enthusiasm, energy, experience, he's a total stand up kinda guy. I look forward to the day to go out fishing with him again.
Maybe he's made a couple very minor grammatical mistakes on this forum, or cut into line, he admitted it was a mistake. Big deal. I've made tons of mistakes in my life and on this forum. So what, we're all human, that's life, and I dont hold it against him.
As for you Jerry, I look forward to the day Stuart finally kicks you off this forum. This forum will be much better without you on it.

Jeez attacked out of blue by the king of over fishing himself...I defend Bill for his slightly dated use of language then kid him for the touch foul of taking the short cut to the border and I get yelled at??? Oh well I am the bad guy and all the " only drink in Mexico' drunks ,the real estate barkers and the "Its more dangerous in Chicago crew are the people you really want advice from if you are new to the area?

He seems like a cool guy that meant no harm, Especially after apologizing. Seems like something one of my adorable Anglo Aunts would say completely innocently. I hear A LOT of people that are not familiar with the English language/American culture in the US and the Spanish Language/Mexican/Hispanic/culture in Mexico make mistakes but when they are trying I commend them for stepping outside their comfort zone and at least trying. I feel as if I can not speak either very well sometimes and I really appreciate when people are patient and kind to me which is what I experience in Mexico.

love you man,... headed to extreme off-road western Australia trip soon myself , the forum real estate conmen have the wheel in my absence..

Sorry Yuma, but Jerry can't go. If he were banished it would single handedly end the pharmaceutical overcharging industry.
I'll explain. When I read Jerry's pontifications it raises my blood pressure to unrealistic heights. When I first came on here
I had no b/p problems. In the few years since, I have gone from one pill to three different scripts for a total of four. I alone,
thanks to Jerry, am keeping the industry afloat.
Sorry, but Jerry has to stay to avoid a catastrophe.

GV Jack: you have me beat, I have two BP scripts and I am slowly losing the battle. Good luck.
Yuma to Cabo return trip April 4-13 2016 there's about 6 of us going out of Yuma on road bikes. If anyone wants to join you're more than welcome.
Then Yuma to Panama December 2016. Am taking an older road bike to ride down to Panama, leave it down there and fly back. Take about one month to do it. Still looking for anyone else interested in coming.

Hmmm, interesting....you've gone off your anti-oxidants and now you want to start taking metformin? My husband is pre-diabetic. We've stayed on our anti-oxidants and have been working hard to keep him off metformin. Maybe we need to re-think that?
Thanks, I have so many joint issues that if I do live a long time I will need to be carted around like a blob.
My mom has horrible joint issues, got off gluten and they got much better. I love carbs and such more than anyone I know so that was the last thing I wanted to look into but so far so good on other issues I had. I hate to see or hear of people suffering, we both went to lots of doctors & specialists in US untill a chiropractor in RockyPoint suggested food allergies which I thought was nuts since my stomach is ok. It's worth looking into.

Chiropractic, a science that does not use chemicals to "adjust" your skeletal system as well as your nervous system, I've been using it for the past 10 years, let me knock on wood first, I have been fighting nothing but possibly a cold for the last 8 to 9 years, the trick is to find the person that does the best adjustment, it took me 4 tries but found my miracle bone doctor and for the past year or so I 've been doing stretches, just 15 minutes sessions and this body feels like a 20 years old body, although some rebuilding is needed in some soccer torn ligaments and joints, other than that finally my body is catching up to my brains attitude!!!! and I love it 'cause la vida es una tombola!!!!!!!!!

Agreed about finding the best one for you and your issues is key, can be frustrating but WELL WORTH IT. I wish you continued health! I thought the gluten & most dairy free was going to be too hard but feeling better makes it much easier than I thought.
When they stick to skeleton manipulation they are useful but the rest is pretty much junk science
What do you mean by junk science???? I will call it more naturalistic science or back to the human roots using what mother nature has to offer us rather than chemical ridden medicine.
Since starting with chiropractic, a lot of your "standard" medicine went out the window as aches and pains started to go away with every new adjustment I had as I started to feel better me, myself and I decided to go the more natural way at the same time my 9 yrs old kid decided to became a vegetarian, with no influence from us, the parents, she is 20 now and still a veggie, well needles to say we, wife and I were kinda force to became also veggies, although we had meat once in a while and we still do more now that she off to college, I do have to say I did notice an improvement in my health over all although the biggest change I noticed was becoming more active.
I personally never liked chemical medicine, even as a kid my mom had a hard time giving me medicine, however I have noticed since I found my last chiro an increase on use of natural herbs and products to help my health, I swear that coconut oil is the cure for many ailments, I have been using it for many different situations, cooking, teeth brushing, skin moisturizer, etc and the difference is very noticeable, specially in my gums with gingivitis, almost gone and verified by the dentist!!! I had pockets I could put a steak in, now very seldom I had food stuck in between my teeth and gums!!
Anyway that is my story and I am sticking to it and tequila flows very easy, another natural product!!!!
B. The fact is a trrrrrrtrtrryrttX-bv cCB. Nn not rhythm v ray. B b.

I guess " whatever works for you" is the manifesto. I personally think Physical Therapists are much better than the chiropractors. There is an oil a nutritionist recommended that I think is a coconut oil based product:

I'm still trying to get off most chemical medicine. Its very hard when your misserable so you take something, that helps but causes something else so you take something for that, on and on etc. I never felt so weird and unhealthy until I'm starting to get it out of me, some chemically, hormonally altered food as well. Don't think I could ever stop eating meat I get the all natural now but with the prices I sure wish I could sometimes ;)

Agree that finding "whatever works for you" is the key. For me, it's taking herbal supplements and stretching. Although you have to be careful with the herbal supplements. Not all manufacturers are the same. I try to stick with Costco supplements, the Trunature brand mainly. I have auto immune issues and got tired of going to doctors and getting no relief. Did my own research and found out what herbal supplements to take. What a difference it made! Got off most of the prescribed medications. Used to have a lot of back problems. After going to the physical therapist to show me proper stretching techniques, I start every day with my stretches. Still have back flare ups every once in a while, but nothing like before.
Well I can go quoting millions of people for or against however until one of those people actually has something tangible to proof for or against it then all there is out there is just bla, bla, bla.
During my research for a chiropractor, many years ago we did not have Google so it was more time consuming and lots of leg work, I was not able to find any information which told me NOT to go for it as it is as dangerous as any medicine that is full of chemicals and for any help to you it brings 4 or 5 secondary effects that are more dangerous to you than the ailment that you actually have oh!!! but wait INCLUDING DEATH!!!!
Like Charlie will say WINNING!!!!
Agree that finding "whatever works for you" is the key. For me, it's taking herbal supplements and stretching. Although you have to be careful with the herbal supplements. Not all manufacturers are the same............
Apricot, the best part is that you can actually take all those natural supplements the natural way, for example, lets say you have joint pain, arthritis, instead of taking Glucosamine/coindruit sp? all you have to do is eat avocados, one or two a day, a week, it all depends of how bad is you ailment and you eat accordingly, just like if you were takingit for you, just remember a few centuries ago all we humans had as "medicine" were the natural plants we found out there than thru trial and error we found its benefits, then the chemical medicine came to the game and it was definitely a game changer, we are willing to pay to get hooked in some very expensive drug that we actually don't know if it is actually beneficial for us, we certainly know of the adverse side effect right away though!!!!!!
We are so surrounded and dunked in a chemical stew I agree less is good but it is everywhere. As a production tile/concrete fellow traveler your exposure and mine have pretty much already effected us.I use a skilled sports medicine trained physical therapy ace that helps me without the Chiro mumbojumbo.
My head mason from the days I built custom homes is being hit by early Alzheimer's at 52.Many of his mason friends too have unreal bad health at that age...never used dust masks ..none of them.
Then we jump in our Sea of Cortez and take in raw sewage from poorly planned growth soon to be followed by Cruise ship po po and heavy deisel plumes... ( last part for Perros amusement). Oh and we need to go Veganhttp://www.outsideonline.com/2035721/most-sustainable-diet?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=facebookpost
We are so surrounded and dunked in a chemical stew I agree less is good but it is everywhere. As a production tile/concrete fellow traveler your exposure and mine have pretty much already effected us..............
There are those that understand what it is to work with certain chemicals, your case or mine with cementitious materials and take precautions, reminds me of a time way back in Newport removing asbestos with a crew made of gangster, most of them refused to used the mask and needless to say they probably are one of those checking into mesothelioma, my case in point is things will happen to you if you do not take care of yourself and indulge in a lifestyle that will make your body last just as long as you are capable of retired from work due to illness. if you work smart.......
Anyway, now do me a favor and the next time you go to your physical therapist ask him how close is his therapy manipulation to those of a chiropractor, you will be amazed as how closely those to branches of medicine are, specially when it comes to the area of bone manipulation by either or/and how common those are in the physical therapy world as well as the chiro, so again same thing different name, like we used to say in Peru "same woman different underwear" which is better than the alternative!!!!!!
Now, when you describe how the development of a town happened in the Sea of Cortez, basically you are telling us the same thing that happens day in and day out anywhere a paradise is found and someone pours mega millions to develop it and all they want is fast money, all over the world no exception, if you google you will find!!! just like field of dreams, anything is possible with money!!!! and whose got the most money for corruption????????
And lastly NO you do not have to become vegan, unless you want to, however the difference between a regular meat eater and a person that does eat meat once a week or twice a month is huge when it comes to many aspects of well being and health, specially for those like you and I that had a very diversified youth and travel all over and got exposed and experience with many different materials and chemicals.
