He provided no service, never communicated, kept information behind. Oh and not to mention he listed something he shouldn't have. Overall a very negative experience, he only cares about his paycheck, not the customer

Just wanted to post this about selling our condo with John Witt. We listed it with him in April at an agreed upon price, we had an offer the first week that was a low ball offer from a bottom feeder. We got another offer in June, countered and accepted, closed today, funds wired into our account here today. I have bought and sold lots of real estate, and this was one of the smoother transactions I have had. I will say, this is the first property I have lost money on, but that is because I bought just before the peak, my fault not his. I would give him a gold star, and would recommend him to others.
