The issue would not come from Sonoyta but Mexicali near general strike could cause a trucker back up...and they could then block roads here ...to me it is best to give it a week
Again, the word I got is that trucks are moving into PP and Sonoyta from Mexicali unhindered. This without the Federal Police getting involved, so I wouldn't be all that concerned about it.
There was a protest earlier but as of now 6:30 pm Sat. all is open. Starting last Wednesday stations in Penasco were running out of gas by Friday most were out. If you go I would make sure you top off in Ajo or Why. We were promised more gas soon, whatever that means:-)
