Hello I have several questions. My wife a I are looking at Rocky Point as a retirement location,. We have lived off and on for up to 6 months at a time on Cozumel in tourist and also more local neighborhoods for the last 8 years. We are planning on visiting RP in a few weeks to look around at different areas to rent and possibly purchase. Can someone give info on the Las Cupulas complex? It seems this project is several years old just curious why there are stil unsold units, Is there any particular areas we should avoid? Thanks in advance for any input and info regarding any differences other than climate that we would face between RP and Cozumel.
