Parrothead Dec 21, 2009 at 8:47 AM #2 Not sure how many will be open, but do know that The Thirsty Parrot will be open in the Old Port, and it is the last day of their 12 days of Christmas Special, where everything is 50% off, all menu items and all drinks.
