Jim sorry, it is in Douglas a mile from the border.It would be a useful Airbnb aimed at people that need to be in states for medical or logistical reasons...auction opening bid is 50 k...it is a cool house...

It is a mile tops from the mexican border in a crossing town with good medical services.If a person needed a foot in both countries due to a health issue or immigration related stuff I thought it was an interesting option ( bank auction) . Of course when your wall is built it might be impractical......snicker snicker....
