Is there a good quality rolled roofing available in Rocky Point?

I tried there's did not work, went to Home Depot and and got Henry's brand work's great.

Los Pino's on Revolution sells rolled roofing a grade lighter than what HD sells, It lasts 8-10 years, longer if you apply Elastomeric paint to it
every 3 years. It's what is used most everywhere here.

Does this Rolled roofing have granules?
I want to install this on top of tile on the Above deck. The tile has a rough finish so I was thinking about it adhering to the tile. Do you for see a problem with this?

Yes, gray ganules on top and black tar base

Is there any paint or sealant that will stick to TPO material?
