We're coming down on March 5-7, two adults and two children 10&13. Budget under $600.Are there any rentals available? Circled area only!

That’s an unusual map in that Islas Del Mar, the location of the golf Course in the circled area, is labeled Laguna Shores. Laguna Shores is a different area, with a number of rental possibilities, one mile to the north of Black Mountain, and just outside your circled area. There are about two listings in Islas Del Mar on the short term rental sites. Probably will be many more by summer after the 31 townhomes in Eagle Village are occupied. Probably a number across the bay in Cholla at any given moment.

I’ll also add that March is the time of Spring Breaks, and once AU, ASU, NAU, or lower schools are on break, rentals might be at a premium.

I want to acclimate my children to the quieter or off-the-grid areas. Our future home will be in Lopez Aceves near Black Mountain.
