Our record for one vehicle is three cats and three small dogs. Absolutely have current rabies vaccination with proof. Have carriers and leashes ready in case you get pulled for inspection. A good rule of thumb is everything you do is against some rule, so try not to get stopped when you’re close to the edge and then keep the red flags to a mini and be polite if you are pulled.
