Go to the at 1:15 set for about 15 minutes. I call the border station and asked the wait and the gal said about 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we crossed. They don't care. No answer why.
I found an app for my iphone yesterday morning called "Border Watch" that shows the wait times at all the crossings. Yesterday afternoon at 4:00 it said 45 minutes for Lukeville. At first I thought that was strange, but then I figured everyone that went to the concert probably didn't come back until yesterday. So, I guess the app was correct. That sucks when you're expecting 15 minutes to have to wait 45, though.
The official border wait time site ( http://apps.cbp.gov/bwt/ ) sucks pretty bad for Lukeville....sometimes they don't show updates for 2 or more hours.
