No license is necessary from shore, and I've never heard of anyone ever being asked for one while fishing from a Kayak, or any kind of flotation device close to shore.

So I'm going down next weekend. And planning to fish. So I shouldn't have to buy a license? If so that's great cause I just bought one for the states and wasn't planning on even worrying about it. lol
