Fish recipes

I just found a site that was televised on WFN. It's http://cookwhatyoucatch.com/ I've already used some of the recipes, but there's some others that look pretty tasty.

I've had ratlesnake a number of times and wild Boar once, I wanna try the Beavertails !! Anyone got any??

Brlieve it or not, I once ate beaver tail back in my "mountain man" days. Some meat, but a lot of fat. I didn't particularly care for it. Rattlesnale's OK.

I have eaten a lot of wierd stuff but you just can't beat steak and potatoes or fish and potatoes !

Or fish and rice, or fish and tortillas or just plain fresh fish. I always eat fresh fish every day when I'm on the Sea of Cortez. I never get tired of it. I grew up in cattle country. Mexican beef sucks unless you spice it well and cook the hell out of it.
