Hey guys, I may have been a little premature when I said goodbye to everyone. I decided the hell with the doctor's prognosis. I've started on a regimen of diet change, mental attitude and a little martial arts training I received when I was younger. I've lost 22 lb. in the last two months, my goal is to lose 28 more. Two weeks ago, I needed assistance or some kind of support so I could go out to my little electric velocipede I still religiously run my puppy Sam with without being in dsanger of toppling over. The day before yestersday I put a jeash on him and walked 100 yd. or so up the gully above our home to let him run loose for a while. I was pretty bushed by the time we got back, but I had no fear of toppling over the whole time!:)
I'd like to give my recipe to everyone, but it may not be attainable to some. It contains at least one meal a day of varied frozen fruit medly smoothies, small portions of all meals and training I received early in my life of Oyama style Oknawa Te which is a very mental type of karate'. try the first two parts and I'm sure it will help. if you can obtain the third part, mucho bueno. The Oyama style is hard to find in the US.
I guess this didn't post yesterday. Hey AZ ROB, If and when I do get to go fishing with you, do you suppose I might be able to borrow some gear you have that I'm familiar with? I don't seem to have any, or hardly any ocean gear left.
IT IS SO GREAT TO HEAR THIS. I have always said the mind can do great things. Also the martial arts have a significant way of helping bouth the mind and body. I was told I had 50% kidney failure about 5 months back and was told there was no way to improve it. With Edna changing my diet and drink I now am at only 20% failure. Avoid stress as it is a real killer
Hang in there do what you are doing and get well.
We will be pulling for you and hope to see you soon.
