Wonderful cool breezes last night. Had all the doors and windows open. 68F in the garden at 5AM. Could it possibly be we are getting a break in the weather? Global Cooling !!??
We turned the A/C off a few days ago and opened all the windows/doors and it felt great - especially at night. Turns out it had been cooler outside at night then what we had the A/C set for inside! Duh. And sitting outside in late afternoon looking at the Sea of Cortez has been perfect - Corona in hand. Makes you love Penasco even more - if possible.
It's been cooler up this way in Prescott too. I'll bet if you asked Don up in Flag, or Tom in Payson they'd say the same thing. All our plants and gardens had a slow start as well this year.
One good thing though, I haven't had to pick up and dog poop the last few weeks.

OK Kenny I am having a lot of senior moments lately so what does cold weather have to do with dog poop? Help me please
I Just thought I'd throw in a little tid bit that had no relevance what so ever to the first paragraph. You just might call in a senior moment, or better yet, a moment of clarity.
Thanks for the clarity !!!!! I can see better now :-)
Good deal! I'm going to be heading down to the track to see the sprints run tonight, and a big snort of methanol fumes is going to straighted me right up.:woo:
Since we're on the subject of dog poop.....I just let my lawn mower pick it up...in Phoenix, with the heat and dryness....it dries out very nicely!!!!:moon:

It's post's like that Joe, that make me realize just how important this forum can be in living our everyday life's.
There were 2 flies eating a dog turd, one of them lifted his little leg and cut a fart, the other one pissed off said " What the hell is wrong with you, cant you see I'm eating.
It was a beautiful weekend- nights about 66-68 degrees, and highs in the upper 80s, but if you're by the water, it felt great. Gas was 9.01 pesos/liter- around $2.93 depending on the exchange rate. Gas at the Golden Hasan Casino in Why was $3.65, and I think it was $3.75 at the Why Not and Chevron. Went by the Mayan Palace, and I was surprised that the parking lot was overflowing, mostly with people from California- (about 80 % of the cars), next people from AZ, then Sonora, Baja, Texas and Chihuahua. Hopefully these people take a trip to town, and don't just stay at the resort.
Hey cool it down a bit and i would rather be RVing living at PDO soon ! It Rained here a few hours last night so found a few seasonal roof leaks and snow sealed them today ! october sounds like a good tow time.

It's raining pretty hard over here right now Tom, and it's cooling down nicely. Love that thunder and lightening up here at 6,000 ft, it looks and sounds like it's right outside my door; because it is.
I counted the seconds and it is right out side your door ! [:think:QUOTE=Kenny;41691]It's raining pretty hard over here right now Tom, and it's cooling down nicely. Love that thunder and lightening up here at 6,000 ft, it looks and sounds like it's right outside my door; because it is.[/QUOTE]
