Its a ton of work but as long as people listen I will continue to do it. I love the show and I think we need to produce it in many forms including pod cast and I am sure it is going that way it just takes time - tenacity - technology........
Podbean is a pretty good host. Once you load it all up, compatible with all formats. I did this a while back...Mixing each song together was fun but I chose a pretty dead period of the year to start. Got bored soon after. http://tucsonscenecast.podbean.com/
Due to the cost of hosting these large audio files I will replace the episodes each week. So every Monday I will post the previous Saturdays show which will be available for 1 week to listen to. If you have a specific episode that you want make a not of it and I can send you the original mp 3 file or if you know someone that wants to host my files for me I am interested. Thanks
Another option outside of the podcast hosting, as these are fairly big files, is to edit out the music and compile show archives into YouTube videos. Most cellphones have dedicated YouTube apps (even some semi-smart phones) and YouTube videos can be viewed in pretty much every country on the globe. Taking the music out will help you avoid copyright issues as well.
As the audio plays, you could run a slide show of random pics you've taken of Penasco along with a promo still for the show. Kinda' like those vacation videos people post--only less creepy for strangers to watch!
