Hey Rick... Speaking of Cholla... have you seen the new high rise condos on the water that were proposed for Cholla..? They are called "Vista de Nada Towers" I have a video of them and as soon as I can get my real computer working again I will post it on here for all to see...

You know, someone ought to look into putting trailers in those condo hulks that haven't been completed....the one by the harbor (public launch area), and maybe Tessoro, or the phases that didn't get built....good use of space....all you need is a lift on the outside to get them up there, and a fork lift to move them around (like PDO does).....:stir::rofl:

Just call them "Trailer Trash Towers"!!!

No CC&R's yet. We put up to much of a fuss. I have no problem with CC&R's they just need to be reasonable. This is not Newport Beach.

When I saw that picture of the trailers I thought of two of my lots in Cholla. They are on the top of a hill, 125 feet above the water. Then I imagined them being blown off the top with the wind we get.
