Hoop netting in Mexico

Does any one know if it is legal for Americans to hoop net in Mexico? I will be bringing my boat down over Christmas Vacation and thought I might do a little.

No netting of any kind for non mexicans.

Nor is it legal to take shellfish

Thanks for the info. I was just out hoop netting in Long Beach harbor Friday night and I thought it would be fun down along the shore of Cholla Bay. Picked up a 7lb lobster. It's so easy compared to diving for them.

Conapesca Sport fishing license does not permit the taking of any invertebrates.

Fin Fish only.
