I was told yesterday that work has started on the cruise ship dock down by the "Reef".can anyone con firm or deny?

Cant confirm but think that a drive out that way a whole 6 minutes from my house is in order. There has been a lot of activity out there though.

Drove by there a number of times in 3 days this weekend and didnt see anything parts...

You've got to wonder about this fantasy port construction if for weeks Penasco city officials can't even pull the damn half-sunken Fiesta Cruiser out of the middle of the current harbor.
