Just wondering on if there is any snorkeling there ,as well as ,are you allowed to quad on the beaches. We are trying to use up a time share.What is the water temp. Thanks Leigh

good place to get nailed by a ray from my experience staying many times in the 3rd house from the South end of Miramar years ago

i've stayed there 5 or 6 times. Nothing really to see for snorkeling, and no ATV's. But the beach/sand is amazing and waaaaaaaaay better than "in-town" Rocky Point.
