blue canonball jellies

I was in my kayak at mirador and saw some blue balls swimming. I picked one up with my snorkel mask. has anyone else seen them. they are beautiful!! I got a picture of them just not sure how to post it.

Yes, they're beautiful, and don't seem to sting you like the Man of War.

Saw them by the hundreds in early June.

CEDO told me they were processing them in puerto penasco to be sent to china for food, she said they stink worse than other things in the ocean when dead.

:hairout:I've seen dumptrucks full of them going to MooN... I heard Sea Cucumbers are on the list to be the next sea creature harvested to be shipped to china... someone is making some big $$$ and the sea is paying dearly... :sad:
