Outed or ousted? There is a significant difference between the two. The first implies that they were closeted homosexuals, where ousted would imply they were removed or voted out of office.
I do not know many people at LP so any information from Ernesto or others about the current state of affairs in LP would be appreciated.

life is good still at LP. things are improving with the new administrator. no one has been removed or ousted. I have no idea what you are talking about Jerry. Sales are coming along well (many of the cheapest units have been bought out). George, phase 1 will attempt to move forward with having multiple operators, unfortunately they will fail. you can be the 1st to write about it after the general assembly meeting.
Rates are going up in 2013 with a higher commission split to owners who refer. golf course is in great shape. LP continues to have the highest rental rate in penasco. looking forward to a good year here and at all resorts in 2013. convention center moving along well, should be open by fall of next year. flights will be on target from hermosillo-penasco-vegas in march. new president will no doubt want to announce the cruise port (so that should also happen in 2013), more liens getting released from various properties in order to get them back on the market. place looks great (well at least phase 2 does) ;)

The administrator has been instructed to use the full extent of the law when it comes to collecting HOA dues from non paying owners (the situation has greatly improved over the last 2 years), we are mainly looking at all options when it comes to collecting from those that refuse to pay over the last few years or have large balances and paid for units.
