We heard a funny story about McAfee when we were down in Belieze somthing to the effect the beautiful house he was having constructed on the river to Laimai ruins (did see the house and it was beautiful) all the contractors explained not to build it that close to the river due to flood plain well to make a long story short when the river rose 6 feet like it does every year the house was a total loss. He then tried to sue everyone who worked on it. Guess money doesn't buy common sense...
