Taking dogs to La Paz

Goes anyone know what the rules are about taking dogs further south into Mexico. we may be moving there

My guess is that the regs apply only at the border when crossing but you will have the Vet certs along. Once you are across they cannot tell where the dog is from unless you tell them.

I am flying not driving and plan on being there for at least 6 months
