Has anyone had any success with Bone Fishing here? Have a couple of kids who dream about catching a bone fish, especially since their brother caught one in Roatan a few years ago.
I'm not qualified to thoroughly answer your question but it is fact that they are in Rocky Point waters. It has been previously discussed on this forum more than once in fishing so a search might yield more information. I'd say it's possible. Bonefish at la pinta has been discussed as a shore fishing location.
Bonefish are my personal best grouper bait. And as Kelney said, they love sabikis. You can can catch oodles of them just out from the Miramar in 20-40 ft. of water. Just can't do it "stalking them on the flats" style.
