Yes, when the marina was still an estuary.

My first trip to Rocky Point was 98. We stayed at the Best Western and quickly discovered Sandy Beach and stayed at Playa Bonita. Then 9/11. We bought at Sonoran Spa. 1 Bedroom and really great. We used the phone by the elevator that we bought cards at the store with min. Finally I had a phone installed and paid telemex every month. Next came internet and magicjack.
