Coming down early tomorrow to go to Immigration and to get Direct installed. Had no renters in Jan and have not booked anything for Feb. Usually by now I have President's Weekend and Spring break booked. Last time I was down on a weekend early Dec, there were few cars at Bella, or Sun or Las Palmas. It is scarey.
With the Iron Chef thing going on over Pres day weekend, I would expect a good turn out. My GF and I will be there. I have been going this time every year since 2005. Always has been a good booking weekend for the Sonoran Properties. Don't be scared. ;)
My first place was at Sonoran Spa. I had that one bedroom rented all the time. Been at 2 other properties, one awful and Bella great but I hear other moaning about lack of rental.
