Just a FYI on paying your city tax and/or your beach front federal zone tax. The tax offices have moved. They are now located in the old Rocky Tile building on Keno & Constitution. It looked like yesterday 2/18/2013 was their first day at the new location.

Thx, If you paid your taxes, how much did they change from last year (%).

Ours went up this year - still taxes here are sooooo much cheaper then anywhere else we've lived.

According to a newsletter, Taxes can only go up 10% a year in Mexico, you will get a refund if you know about the Law.

On Google Maps the two street come close to each other but don't cross. Is that right?

Rick,
Cholla Bay

On Benito Juarez, turn right on Kino. 1/2 block down on the right is what I was told.

My Google Maps shows that as well. From the old tax offices, head north on Benito Juarez, turn right on what Google calls 11Va. (de la Rosa). It's a short street that goes to Kino. Like Terry said, 1/2 block down on right.
