Luna Malvada makes Roger's moonshine taste like gasoline! Now LUNA is top top shelf, but they are too good to bring it down to Rocky Point. Tequila Penasco is gasoline too.

My local buddy lives 5 blocks from it, said, it is the treatment plant for the condos. He said it gets really bad sometimes.
They use some of the water for the golf courses (? on the golf course) and watering the road.
I asked him about the road and he said they stopped using salt water last year on the road.
I saw that the pump and pipe was still at SB, but he said it's not used now.
