In a word, 'Perfect'. Clouds blew through last night but balmy sunny warm day with low humidity, cool and breezy at night. Windows wide open at my Mirador digs, nice sea breeze, soothing surf sounds, sleeping with a blanket!

Here's what I understand at this moment. You can get a vehicle permit for an RV good for 10 years. Need an FMM or higher to get the vehicle permit. You can apply for it online. Google Translate
