Awesome. Really useful for someone worried what the drive is like.
I see you edited out the part where the drug cartels chased you.

sweet vid. which gopro did you get? might go cheap and get the basic one and the chesty mount for fishing vids. Head strap view isnt bad but less moving/shaking from the chest view

A guy I know had a brand new Hero2 for sale, got it as a gift, never used it. Got it for $160 with a few basic mounts. The only thing Ive bought for it is the Floaty Backdoor so it cant sink in water. The two timelapse videos I have uploaded are timelapse photography, you can set the intervals at which the camera takes pictures then you take all of the pictures combined and the GoPro Cineform Studio does the rest, really cool. You can also take still shots from the video you record, this is pry the best feature. Never worry about getting a bad shot again. Shoot in 720p at 60 frames per second FPS and you literally have 60 photos each second being taken. The Hero2 shoots in 1080p 30FPS and 720p 60FPS. You might be better off getting a tripod and shooting from a stationary position, makes the video and or pictures that much better.

man you are killin it with that setup. Ive thought about the tripod setup but i cover a lot of ground on the beach some days when im fishing so would prefer it mounted to my body hands free. Im thinkin gopro3 white edition....

FYI - The Apple AppStore has Lapse It Pro - Time Lapse Professional for free today (5/17 only). I haven't used it so I can't speak to its quality.

I'm addicted to making Time Lapse photography. It's so legit when there are clouds in the sky, you can see the sky moving, its so awesome! I wanted to Time Lapse the tide coming in or out in Cholla Bay but I just didnt set aside the time to do so. I think that would be really cool getting the tide swing and the sunset in one time lapse????????????? That would be a pretty sweet time lapse!

It is waterproof to? Can you adjust the FPS speed?

If you want super slow motion you shoot WVGA 120 FPS other than that you can shoot in 720p at 30&60fps, 960 30&60 fps and 1080p at 30fps. I believe it's waterproof to 100m. They also sell a dive housing that might have a different rating. It's basically one of the smallest most advanced cameras on the market and it is fricken awesome!

Bring it to Las Vegas Night and strap it on your hat for the entire night. I'll make sure that you get VIP treatment if you promise to share the video with me afterwards. I have someone who will be filming and showing it live for a pay-per-view event (btw, only $5.00 - all to charity) but it might be cool from the point of view of someone actually participating.
