#1 My mom and dad looking for a condo with garage for May, June, July, possibly Aug. 2014. Years ago they rented #5 by Mannys for the summers.

#3 talked to the guy he is not sure if he wants to do it long term. they talked to number 12 too. i guess things are looking up and no one commiting yet.
