It was 75 with 38% humidity at mi casa in the Mirador at 5AM today. Cool in the evening too with a fab light show of cloud to cloud lightning to the north. Maybe we got lucky this year with an early break in temperature or more importantly humidity.

We were down last year Sept. 25-28 and it was pretty brutal, Hot and Humid.(Right GV) This year I hope is starts to cool off next week, even better this week.
Sadly weather usually only teases for a cool morning or two before mid-October. I have seen it so many times. The warm/hot ocean water keeps the nights
warm, but when the weather does break the water is perfect with the cooler nights and still somewhat toasty day temps with lower dewpoints.
