So now that the whales are back, if someone wanted to go out on a 1/2 day boat trip this weekend, who would you contact?

whale watching is at its best between early February and mid-May

I have a boat trip planned on January 25th the same weekend Roger is in town. Let me know if you want to go. 30 usd per person with an open bar, be at the marina at 1:30 Saturday for a 2:00 departure. Make reservations with me first though as space is limited.

Thanks, Russ. I'd love to go then, but we won't be able to make it down that weekend. I'm headed down tomorrow early afternoon with my niece and nephew. Was looking for something this weekend. I'll call Barb and see what she's got. Thanks to all!

That's what I thought. Even if we don't see whales or dolphins, it'll still be nice out on the water.

28 more days and I'll be back. :D

Barb has no trips this weekend other than private charters. EcoFun's boat is down for maintenance. Del Mar Charters has 2 trips on Saturday that are full, and putting one together for Sunday. I'll try for a cancellation on Saturday, but hope to go on Sunday if they get enough people. $30/adult, $20/child. Leaves at noon, comes back at 3.
