I spotted my first Blue Footed Booby (bird) on Sandy Beach today at 5:30 PM!

It was an exciting day, I also saw two octapus (octapi?) today in Cholla Bay
AND A SEA TURTLE WASHED UP RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SONORAN SUN!

I didn't have my camera but check out this picture from a google search. He looked just like this:blue footed booby.jpg

Was the sea turtle dead?
MIRAMAR
We had a dead sea turtle wash up on Play Miramar last month.

There was a very large one decomposing at the Mi Playa beach last weekend too.

Heard two days ago on the beach at Santo Tomas thousands of small Monarch type butterflies passed by heading north. It was a amazing moment that my friend has Dr photos of.....Will try to get them. Think the big wind storm maybe be responsible
Roberto
Hmmm, I drove through them on the way to Kino. Front of the van is covered.
MIRAMAR
Yes Jerry, the Monarchs are on their way North- we saw a bunch in Miramar.

i think the poor turtle made it to las conchas yesterday. I hope it it same guy rather than multiple turtles.
