#1 I spotted my first Blue Footed Booby (bird) on Sandy Beach today at 5:30 PM!
It was an exciting day, I also saw two octapus (octapi?) today in Cholla Bay
AND A SEA TURTLE WASHED UP RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SONORAN SUN!
I didn't have my camera but check out this picture from a google search. He looked just like this:

#3 We had a dead sea turtle wash up on Play Miramar last month.

#4 There was a very large one decomposing at the Mi Playa beach last weekend too.

#5 Heard two days ago on the beach at Santo Tomas thousands of small Monarch type butterflies passed by heading north.It was a amazing moment that my friend has Dr photos of.....Will try to get them. Think the big wind storm maybe be responsible

#7 Yes Jerry, the Monarchs are on their way North- we saw a bunch in Miramar.

#8 i think the poor turtle made it to las conchas yesterday. I hope it it same guy rather than multiple turtles.
