They run flights from scottsdale over the busy weekends (July 4th etc) but maybe hey will charter.

It is the current airport out by the Mayan.

Oh... I didn't think that one was operational yet.

There's a landing strip in Maricopa city by the mountain that gets late night flights in from Mexico. But dont know the flight schedule. You just have to look for the white bags with candles lite in them along the landing strip.
